Creatives

Peter Amesbury

Director (Technical Production & Ticketing)

Peter has worked extensively with the Australian Shakespeare Company across Australia and the UK, filling roles within General Management, Production Management, Lighting Design, Marketing, Tour Management and Producing. Work with the ASC includes; A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM, TINKERBELL AND THE DREAM FAIRIES, THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS, ALICE IN WONDERLAND, THE COMEDY OF ERRORS, AS YOU LIKE IT, PYGMALION, WALKING WITH SPIRTS FESTIVAL, MOZART BY MOOONLIGHT, HAMLET, TWELFTH NIGHT, ROMEO & JULIET.

As a lighting designer Peter has created designs for a range of Australian based companies including; OCPAC, Australian Shakespeare Company, Josh Robson Productions, BlueSaint Productions, Melbourne Opera, Citizen Theatre, Athenaeum Theatre. He has also created dynamic designs for public spaces such as shopping centre atriums, clubs, and pubs across Victoria.

Peter has created designs for shows such as RISE AND FALL OF THE CITY OF MAHAGONNY (Melbourne Opera) SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD ,GUILTY PLEASURES (JRP), WICKED, ANYTHING GOES, THE ADDAMS FAMILY, LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS (Peninsula Grammar), RENT, JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (Mornington Players), IN THE HEIGHTS, THE ADDAMS FAMILY, FOOTLOOSE (OCPAC), NUDE, ALEXITHYMIA (Citizen Theatre), GUYS AND DOLLS (Windmill Theatre), RHYS NICHOLSON LIVE ATTHE ATHENAEUM (Netflix).  

Peter also has comprehensive ticketing management experience for theatre and events.

Glenn Elston

Director (Creative & Productions)

Glenn Elston OAM pioneered outdoor theatre in Australia, a whole-family experience, which is now a thirty-year-long summer tradition.

Glenn’s productions as Director include A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Romeo and Juliet, Twelfth Night, The Taming of the Shrew, Much Ado About Nothing, Richard III, Henry IV Pt 1, Hamlet, The Comedy of Errors, Macbeth and As You Like It. He has written and directed for the stage, The Wind in the Willows, Alice in Wonderland, Jungle Book – The Next Chapter, Toad’s Birthday Party, Caribbean Pirates at the Polly Woodside, Alice in Never Neverland, Lady Chatterley’s Lover and a Picnic with Cole Porter.

For the past 16 years, he has also co-presented Walking with Spirits, a celebration of the ancient Aboriginal tradition of Corroboree at Malkgulumbu (Beswick Falls) and produced two major tours through Northern Australia.

Glenn has produced and co-produced a variety of local, national and international shows including, The Sir George Martin in Concert, David Strassman, Hair – The Musical, Two Up with Wendy Stapleton and Glenn Shorrock, Julian Clary, Piaf, Torch Song Trilogy, and Barbara Cook.

In 2014 the Melbourne City Council presented Glenn with a Melbourne Award for Contribution to Melbourne’s Profile by an Individual.

Since 2016, Glenn has been producing and directing in London’s Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. Productions include The Wind in the Willows, Tinkerbell and The Dream Fairies, A Midsummer Night's Dream and Alice in Wonderland.

Zac Krause

Lighting Designer and Video Production

Zac Krause is a passionate creative who works across extensive disciplines including video, sound and lighting. He is focussed mainly on theatre and has worked on a number of productions throughout Victoria including Melbourne Opera’s MARIA STUARDA (Associate Lighting Design), WAGNER’S RING CYCLE (Projection Programmer), RISE AND FALL OF THE CITY OF MAHAGONNY (Projection Programmer), Peninsula Grammar’s JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (Lighting Design), SEUSSICAL JR (Lighting Design), TELL ME ON A SUNDAY (Lighting Design) OCPAC’s IN THE HEIGHTS (Associate Lighting Design), Gateway Theatre Company’s GODSPELL (Lighting Design), LITTLE MERMAID JR (Lighting Design), ADDAMS FAMILY JR (Sound Operator), Warragul Theatre Company’s JEKYLL & HYDE (Sound Operator), Warragul Youth Theatre’s NEWSIES JR (LED Screen Design), Wonthaggi Theatrical Group’s DUSTY (LED Screen Design), Leongatha Lyric Theatre’s THE PRODUCERS (LED Screen Animation), Haileybury’s MOANA JR (Lighting Design), Artzmartz Young People’s Theatre’s 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE (Lighting Design), 13 A NEW MUSICAL (Lighting Design), Melbourne University’s TITLE OF SHOW (Lighting Design), Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance ‘3’ (Sound Operator).

Zac also works within the media world in video, photo and graphics, having worked on a number of projects with clients including Ruyton Girls’ School, St Michael’s Grammar School, Melbourne Opera, Books to Life, Artzmartz Young People’s Theatre, Panorama Theatre Company and also other event and wedding media.
